Roughly two months following the debut of Z-Burger’s inaugural location in Olney, Montgomery County witnesses the unveiling of the chain’s second establishment. Situated at 4827 Fairmont Ave in Bethesda, this new location takes over the space once occupied by BGR from 2008 to 2022.
Z-Burger, a regional chain rooted in the DMV area, proudly labels itself as a “Washington DC landmark.” Renowned for its delectable handcrafted burgers adorned with a plethora of toppings, along with fresh-cut fries, the restaurant also boasts an extensive menu featuring 75 varieties of hand-spun milkshakes and concretes, all crafted with premium Wisconsin custard.
Z-Burger has established a presence across DC, Northern Virginia, and Maryland, with plans for further expansion. The inaugural Z-Burger location debuted in Tenleytown in 2008, marking the beginning of its successful journey. Earlier this year, the announcement of its first Montgomery County location generated anticipation.
Before launching Z-Burger in 2008, founder Peter Tabibian served as the general manager at a Jerry’s Subs & Pizza in Maryland, bringing valuable experience to the venture.
The new location is set to cater to late-night cravings, operating until 4 am on Friday and Saturday nights. On Sunday through Thursday, Z-Burger will be open until 10 pm, offering a range of delicious options to satisfy various schedules.
