Kajiken, located at 1701 Rockville Pike A7 in the Shoppes at Congressional Village, is set for a soft opening on Saturday, July 13.
Kajiken offers mazesoba, also known as abura soba, which is a brothless ramen that lets you customize your flavor add-ons and sauce combinations. Customers can choose from classic ramen with a broth base, abura soba, and donburi—a small portion of meat served over a bowl of rice. You can opt for traditional Japanese flavors or even try carbonara for your ramen.
The event will include Rock-Paper-Scissors games with staff, giving participants a chance to win an exclusive Kajiken tote bag. The tote bags are limited to 10 per day from July 13 to July 17, available while supplies last. Kajiken is open daily for lunch from 11 AM to 3 PM and for dinner from 5 PM to 10 PM.
Per the restaurant’s website, “Kajiken is a renowned Japanese chain known for our exceptional abura soba.
