GameOn, a popular bar and arcade combo with locations in Annapolis, Baltimore, and Columbia, is exploring the possibility of expanding into Montgomery County. Owners Eli and Casey Linthicum are seeking community feedback on the idea of bringing their unique concept to MoCo.
GameOn is described as an “arcade bar with classic stand-up, pinball, and modern arcade games — the ultimate hangout spot for anyone who loves games, fun cocktails, and glow-in-the-dark graffiti.” It’s known for being a great place to meet up with friends, enjoy a fun-filled date, or have a lively yet laid-back night out.
In a recent post in a local Facebook group, owner Eli Linthicum mentioned that they are considering the recently closed Denizens Brewery location at 1115 East-West Hwy in Silver Spring as a potential new spot for GameOn. Linthicum asked the community for their thoughts on the space and the idea of bringing GameOn to MoCo.
”My wife and I own GameOn bar + arcade and are a local family. We are looking at expansion and did a tour of the old Denizens Brewery in Silver Spring. We wanted to see how the community felt about the space and us bringing our concept to MOCO. Thank you for the feedback in advance.”
