Tequila Modern Mexican has officially opened its doors at 11 N Washington in Rockville. The restaurant welcomed guests on Monday, with Mr. MoCo, the founder of The MoCoShow, stopping by to show support and provide a first look (video available here).
Tequila Modern offers “authentic Mexican cuisine and refreshing cocktails,” occupying the space formerly home to Trapezaria, a Greek restaurant that had been in operation since 2013. The brand currently has two locations in Harrisonburg, VA, with plans for new locations in Kansas and North Carolina in the near future.
Hours of operation: Mon – Thurs: 11am to 10pm, Fri – Sat: 11am to 10:30pm, Sunday: 12pm to 9pm. The menu can be seen here.
