Koi Asian Cuisine, located at 12046 Cherry Hill Rd. in Silver Spring (Calverton), has rebranded as Sushi Freedom.
Although a representative from the restaurant answered the phone as “Koi Asian Cuisine,” they confirmed that the establishment has already changed names and updated its menu, indicating a possible change in ownership. The new name, Sushi Freedom, is reflected on delivery apps, and the restaurant now offers lunch specials, a variety of sushi rolls, Chinese and Japanese noodle dishes, Thai favorites, and more.
A hearing regarding Sushi Freedom, LLC’s application for the transfer of a ‘Class B, Beer, Wine & Liquor License, On-Sale Only’ is scheduled for October 17th. Previously, in 2015, Koi Asian Cuisine provided the following ‘about’ information:
