Sardi’s Peruvian Chicken is set to open its fourth Montgomery County location at 5290 Randolph Rd in Loehmann’s Plaza, located in the Rockville/North Bethesda area.
The restaurant, founded by Montgomery County natives Phil E. Sardelis and Phil G. Sardelis, will occupy the space most recently home to Toosso Pakistani Kitchen, which operated there for nearly three years. Before that, the site was the longtime location of Boston Market.
Sardi’s currently has Montgomery County locations in Gaithersburg, Olney, and Takoma Park. With nearly 20 locations overall, the restaurant is primarily found throughout Maryland, with additional sites in Virginia and Philadelphia, PA. While an exact opening date has yet to be announced, the new location is expected to welcome customers later this year.
Per the restaurant, “Sardi’s founders Phil E. Sardelis and Phil G. Sardelis dreamt of a place to bring their families, to enjoy fresh food and fun together. Their idea of mixing bold ideas, rich Peruvian flavors, and fresh ingredients kept them awake at night. Today, their dream is a reality where millions of customers are served every year with flavorful, quality, authentic Peruvian cuisine.”
