Gaithersburg will soon welcome Chopin Noodle House to its culinary scene.

Chopin Noodle House is set to make its mark at 12123 Darnestown Rd in the Shops of Potomac Valley shopping center, as evidenced by the recently erected permanent signage. Taking over the space once occupied by Pho City for 15 years until its closure at the end of July, Chopin Noodle House promises an enticing menu of hand-pulled noodle soups, featuring options like Lanzhou beef noodle soup, traditional beef noodle soup, crispy fish noodle soup, cold noodles, and more. The offerings extend to appetizers such as cucumber salad, chili oil cabbage, mutton chops, and a variety of milk teas and iced tea/lemonades.

While an official opening date is yet to be disclosed, it’s worth noting that Chopin Noodle House has recently inaugurated its first location in Catonsville. The arrival of this new establishment is particularly welcomed in the shopping center, considering recent departures such as Neal’s Bagels, which relocated to a nearby Kentlands spot. Additionally, plans with Wayback Burgers, marked by the installation of permanent signage over a year ago, have reportedly fallen through. Isaac’s Poultry Market joined the shopping center earlier this year, adding to its evolving culinary landscape.
