Wiseguy Pizza has recently opened its first location in Montgomery County, taking over the space formerly occupied by Angel’s Pizza at Wheaton Mall. The restaurant offers stone-deck oven-baked pizza by the slice, using imported ingredients from Italy, homemade sauces, and dough prepared with a special water filtration system. Menu options include Cheese, Pepperoni, Paneer Tikki, Nashville Hot Chicken, Chicken Parmesan, and Whitestone. Mr. MoCo’s top picks were the pepperoni and Nashville Hot Chicken, with a vegan option available as well. The establishment has garnered praise from local pizza enthusiasts, including those who often compare it to New York-style pizza.
