Milk & Honey, a brunch and soul food restaurant inspired by Southern cuisine, has opened its latest location at 9326 Georgia Avenue in Silver Spring. Formerly occupied by Willie T’s Seafood Shack, the restaurant’s debut in this space was initially reported by Source of the Spring.
Both Milk & Honey and Willie T’s are part of Thompson Hospitality, the group responsible for establishments like Matchbox (Bethesda, Rockville, and Silver Spring locations in MoCo), Austin Grill, and American Tap Room (formerly in MoCo), as well as Wiseguy Pizza (now operating at Wheaton Mall). The menu at Milk & Honey features dishes such as “Chef Sammy’s Award Winning” Shrimp & Grits, Deep Fried Salmon Hash, Chicken & Waffles, and Crab Benedict. This particular Milk & Honey location is designated as a quick-service restaurant with limited seating, and all food will be served in carry-out containers. The restaurant operates with the following hours:

- Tuesday: 08:00 am – 08:00 pm
- Wednesday: 08:00 am – 08:00 pm
- Thursday: 08:00 am – 08:00 pm
- Friday: 08:00 am – 08:00 pm
