Exciting news for Thai cuisine enthusiasts! Thai Cottage Bistro is set to make its debut in Rockville, occupying the former location of Oishii Bluefin at 9613-G Medical Center Drive. Oishii Bluefin permanently closed earlier this year, paving the way for this new culinary venture.
While details about Thai Cottage Bistro are currently limited, it’s worth noting that the restaurant is in the process of securing a beer and wine alcohol license. The hearing for this license with Montgomery County’s Alcoholic Beverage Services (ABS) is scheduled for 11:30 am on November 2. Although the interior has not undergone significant changes yet, the remodeling process has commenced, as indicated in the photo below.
