Sadaf Halal, a well-known restaurant located at 1327 Rockville Pike in Rockville’s Sunshine Square shopping center, has closed permanently. According to information on Google and Yelp, the restaurant has ceased operations. It had been in its location for at least 15 years and was recognized for offering both counter service and functioning as a halal butcher shop.
While a Google review mentioned that the restaurant was closed on 11/11, the exact date of closure is not confirmed. Attempts to contact the restaurant through phone calls resulted in the calls appearing to go to a fax line on consecutive days.
