La Speranza, a new restaurant, is now open at 806 Baltimore Rd. The restaurant is located in the space that was previously occupied by Tia Ochi in the Burgundy Park shopping center, which has been the long-time home of Jonathan’s Sports Pub.
La Speranza offers a menu that features both Italian and Tex-Mex cuisine, with the menu created by executive chef Neptali Mendoza. Chef Neptali Mendoza has gained experience working in various well-known restaurants, specializing in the preparation of Italian cuisine. La Speranza aims to provide a welcoming and friendly environment, offering a diverse range of freshly made food options, including homemade pasta, Neapolitan brick oven wood-fired pizza, fajitas, carne asada, and more. The restaurant seeks to incorporate both Italian and Mexican culinary traditions to create a unique and inclusive dining experience.
