Eggspectation, a restaurant known for its “elevated American cuisine with a lengthy all-day breakfast menu,” is making a comeback in Montgomery County. After leaving Downtown Silver Spring in September 2020, the restaurant is set to return this spring with a new location at the renovated Burtonsville Crossing shopping center (15701 Columbia Pike).
The restaurant, which originated in Montreal in 1993, has since become a thriving franchise with locations in six countries. With a focus on menu innovation and creating memorable dining experiences, eggspectation aims to bring its diverse menu offerings to guests in Montgomery County and beyond.
While the opening timeframe is targeted for Spring 2024, it’s important to note that delays can occur. Nonetheless, progress is underway at Burtonsville Crossing, signaling the restaurant’s return to the local dining scene.
