Brio’s Chicken is set to open its newest location at Westfield Montgomery Mall in Bethesda, taking over the space formerly occupied by Tara Thai. The restaurant will feature a menu that includes Peruvian charbroiled chicken, empanadas, paninis, steaks, and seafood. Operating from 8 am to 9 pm daily, Brio’s will also offer Sunday brunch. Although no specific opening date has been announced, the establishment aims to bring its diverse menu to mall visitors. Notably, Brio’s Chicken had initially planned to open a Kentlands location, but unforeseen delays and challenges related to the COVID-19 pandemic prevented the fruition of those plans. The restaurant previously operated in Aspen Hill but is now under new ownership and named Gio’s Chicken.
