Baja Fresh in King Farm to Undergo Major Renovations After Signing New Lease

Montgomery County’s sole Baja Fresh restaurant, situated at 302 King Farm Blvd. Unit 150, has been serving the community since 2000. The owner recently confirmed the signing of a new lease to sustain its presence in King Farm, with plans to invest over $150,000 in renovations commencing this January.

The upcoming enhancements include new flooring, updated decor, and the introduction of a new salsa bar, aimed at elevating the dining experience for patrons in the Rockville neighborhood. To facilitate these changes, the restaurant is scheduled to fully close for two days, tentatively set for January 4th and 5th, to undergo the major portion of the renovations. Following this brief closure, Baja Fresh will reopen for online, carry-out, and third-party orders, while the dining room is expected to remain closed for an additional 10 days to two weeks.

Once the restaurant reopens, there are plans for a grand reopening celebration as a gesture of gratitude to the loyal customers who have supported the establishment over the last 23 years. Further details will be provided as they become available.
