Buffalo Wild Wings in Gaithersburg is Set to Temporarily Close From Monday to Thursday for Renovations.

Buffalo Wild Wings, a sports bar and restaurant franchise with two Montgomery County locations, is scheduled for a temporary closure at its Gaithersburg store (668 Clopper Road) in Quince Orchard Plaza for renovations. Concerns arose among customers as signage was being removed, but an employee reassured The MoCoShow that the establishment will remain open and only shut its doors temporarily from Monday, October 16th to Thursday, October 19th for the renovation process.

The Gaithersburg location, which opened in early 2013, took the place of Chevy’s after its abrupt closure in February 2012. Buffalo Wild Wings also operates another branch in Rockville Town Square and is preparing to introduce its inaugural ‘Buffalo Wild Wings GO’ location in Kensington Crossing. This scaled-down version of the restaurant will emphasize a to-go and delivery format. Kensington Crossing, situated at 10619 Connecticut Avenue (at Plyers Mill Road) in Kensington, represents a new retail development in the area.
