Exciting news for ice cream lovers! Baskin Robbins is gearing up to open its doors soon. The ice cream shop, located next to Suburban Hair, has put up permanent signage and is hopeful to open next week. Now Open: Hangry Joe’s Hot Chicken & Wings
Hangry Joe’s Hot Chicken & Wings opened its doors on September 24, introducing a Nashville-style hot chicken experience. The restaurant is conveniently located next to the Starbucks at 19290 Montgomery Village Ave. Known for its signature “Chicken Sando,” Hangry Joe’s offers a customizable spice level for its fried chicken, ranging from Plain to Angry Hot. The menu also features a variety of options such as chicken fingers, chicken & waffles, wraps, nuggets, loaded fries, and salads. Sides include cider slaw, waffle fries, and fried okra. Now Open: Antojitos Salvadoreños Isabel
New to the culinary scene is Antojitos Salvadoreños Isabel, which officially opened its doors on August 25 at 19114 Montgomery Village Ave, taking over the former Einstein Bagel Bros location. This restaurant specializes in serving traditional Salvadorian dishes, including pupusas, tamales, yuca con chicharron, and pastelitos. If you’re interested in exploring the full menu, it is available for viewing here. The establishment has taken the place of Einstein Bros, which closed its Montgomery Village store in December 2021. For those seeking more variety, La Poteria, offering Colombian street food and coffee, is conveniently located next door.
