Winter Restaurant Week, organized by the Restaurant Association Metropolitan Washington (RAMW), will now run from Monday, January 22 through Sunday, January 28. This extension doubles the celebration of the region’s restaurant industry due to inclement weather in the past week.
Participating restaurants in DC, Maryland, and Northern Virginia will offer specially priced menus during this extended period. The promotion details remain unchanged, with on-premise dining featuring multi-course brunch and lunch menus for $25 or $35 per person, and multi-course dinner menus for $40, $55, or $65 per person.
Over 140 restaurants have confirmed their participation, providing an opportunity for diners to explore diverse culinary offerings. The extension is a response to recent inclement weather that impacted many diners’ ability to enjoy the event.
Montgomery County restaurants participating in Winter Restaurant Week include All Set (Silver Spring), Charley Prime (Gaithersburg), J. Hollinger’s Waterman’s Chophouse (Silver Spring), Lia’s (Chevy Chase), Matchbox (Bethesda and Silver Spring), Morton’s (Bethesda), Spanish Diner (Bethesda), The Daily Dish (Silver Spring), The Dish and Dram (Kensington), The Melting Pot (Gaithersburg), and The Salt Line (Bethesda).
RAMW President & CEO Shawn Townsend expressed, “The decision to extend Winter Restaurant Week is reflective of our commitment to the well-being and enjoyment of our restaurant community and its consumers. This extension is an opportunity for more people to safely enjoy what our local restaurants have to offer, showcasing the resilience and adaptability of our industry.”
