Dunkin’ has submitted a site plan for the transformation of an existing building at 17700 Muncaster Rd. into a new location in Derwood. Luis Group confirmed the proposal, outlining a 2,500-square-foot restaurant, and details about a potential drive-thru are yet to be disclosed. Dunkin’ has been actively expanding in the county, with new stores opening and additional locations in the pipeline, including in Chevy Chase, Rockville/N. Potomac, and Layhill Center in Silver Spring.
