Eat A Lao, a new restaurant specializing in Laotian, Vietnamese, and Thai dishes, has opened its doors at 1327 Rockville Pike, Units I, J, and K. The restaurant has moved into the space previously occupied by Sadaf Halal Restaurant, which closed earlier in 2024.
The menu features creatively named dishes like Lend Me an Ear (cold pig ear), Ribs in Peace (chargrilled pork ribs), No Guts No Glory (chicken gizzard), Have Some Neck (grilled marinated pork shoulder), and Crying Out Lao (Lao-style steak).
