Elias Taqueria food truck is set to celebrate its grand opening on Saturday, August 24.
Located at 9426 Stewartown Rd in Gaithersburg, Elias Taqueria offers a menu featuring Birria, Steak, Chorizo, Chicken, and Al Pastor Tacos and Gorditas. The truck operates Monday through Saturday from 11:00 AM to 9:00 PM and Sunday from 12:00 PM to 9:00 PM.
Elias Taqueria is owned by Marcial Arias, an immigrant who has called Maryland home for over 30 years. Alongside his career as a contractor for a well-established company in the Maryland/DC area, Marcial’s passion for food led him to create this venture. Working alongside his son, Richard Arias, they’ve built a place where the community can come together to enjoy delicious, authentic Mexican cuisine.
Inspired by the rich flavors of traditional Mexican dishes, Elias Taqueria aims to bring a taste of Mexico to Montgomery Village and the surrounding areas. “After learning and perfecting traditional recipes, we opened our taco stand with the goal of creating a space that feels like home. When you dine with us, we want you to feel like you’re enjoying a meal in your own backyard, filled with love and flavor,” says the team at Elias Taqueria.
