The popular WETA PBS show Signature Dish, hosted by Seth Tillman, will spotlight four Montgomery County restaurants in its upcoming third season. The series showcases standout dishes while exploring the stories behind local restaurants and their communities.
Upcoming Montgomery County features:
- All Set – Silver Spring (Jan. 6)
- Steeze Burger – Gaithersburg (Jan. 13)
- ZAO Stamina Ramen – Bethesda (Jan. 20)
- Z&Z Manoushe Bakery – Rockville (Jan. 27)
Past seasons of Signature Dish have featured local favorites such as Cielo Rojo in Takoma Park, Kuya Ja’s Lechon Belly near Rockville, Frankly Pizza in Kensington, Melina at Pike & Rose, and Q by Peter Chang in Bethesda. The show has also celebrated the vibrant flavors of Mansa Kunda and Seoul Food in Takoma Park, as well as Kantutas in Wheaton and Firepit BBQ food truck.
Tillman says, “I grew up in Chevy Chase MD and live in Silver Spring so it brings me great joy to be able to feature local restaurants in a place that I’ve grown up and lived in for decades.”
