This impressive lineup follows a wave of recent restaurant openings, including Kema by Kenaki, Capo Deli, Chop’t, and Colony Grill. The addition of Ever/Body and the debut of REWILD, a boutique offering a unique selection of houseplants, further enrich the retail landscape.

Since the completion of the community plaza in June 2022, Cabin John Village has hosted over 450 events, drawing an estimated 20,000 people. The diverse array of activities, including a weekly farmers market, family fun events, fitness activities, and outdoor movies, has contributed to the community’s lively atmosphere. Notable events such as the significantly expanded Scotland Juneteenth Heritage Festival brought together over 2,500 people in one day.
Ongoing landscaping and streetscape renovations, including newly completed storefronts and a connection to the plaza, underscore EDENS’ commitment to creating a welcoming space for both neighbors and visitors.
