In November, we shared news about Brio’s Chicken’s forthcoming arrival at Westfield Montgomery Mall in Bethesda, taking over the former Tara Thai space. The restaurant’s representative has confirmed a slated opening for Wednesday, March 13. Offering a diverse menu featuring Peruvian charbroiled chicken, empanadas, paninis, steaks, and seafood, Brio’s promises a culinary adventure. Currently, Brio’s Chicken is actively recruiting for all positions, adding to the anticipation surrounding its debut. While plans for a Kentlands location faced setbacks and the COVID-19 pandemic thwarted progress, the team remains focused on delivering an exceptional dining experience. Formerly situated in Aspen Hill, the Aspen Manor location has transitioned under new ownership and is now known as Gio’s Chicken.
