Kajiken, located at 1701 Rockville Pike A7 in the Shoppes at Congressional Village, is set for a soft opening on Saturday, July 13.
Kajiken specializes in mazesoba, also known as abura soba, a brothless ramen that lets you customize your flavor add-ons and sauce combinations. Customers can choose from classic ramen with a broth base, abura soba, and donburi, a small portion of meat served over a bowl of rice. The menu offers traditional Japanese flavors as well as unique options like carbonara ramen.
During the soft opening event, guests can participate in Rock-Paper-Scissors games with the staff for a chance to win an exclusive Kajiken tote bag. The tote bags are limited to 10 per day from July 13 to July 17, while supplies last. Kajiken is open daily for lunch from 11 AM to 3 PM and for dinner from 5 PM to 10 PM.
