Construction has recently commenced at Nori Japan’s new location at 9615 Lost Knife Rd in Gaithersburg. Initially reported in January, the restaurant, previously one of the last tenants at Lakeforest Mall, is set to open its new branch across from the mall in the Montgomery Village Crossing shopping center. The new establishment will occupy the space formerly held by Wok Express. Delays in the construction process were attributed to permit-related issues, and as of now, no specific opening date has been announced.
Montgomery Village Crossing, the shopping center hosting Nori Japan’s upcoming location, features a diverse array of establishments, including B2J Fish Soup, BLT Grill, Copacabana Bakery, Hook & Reel, and Los Amigos Mexican. The addition of Nori Japan will further enhance the culinary offerings in the area.
