Permanent signage has been installed at Taco De Birria by Rice Bar, located at 14 Bureau Dr in the Diamond Square shopping center in Gaithersburg. This new restaurant will occupy the space previously held by Rooh Bistro, which operated briefly in 2020.
Taco De Birria currently operates another location at 1300 2nd St in Washington, DC. Their menu features a variety of items including beef and chicken tacos, burritos, quesadillas, and soups.
A highlight of their menu is the birria tacos, traditionally made with slow-cooked or braised meat, served with a side of flavorful broth called “consomé” for dipping.
