Exciting News for BBQ Enthusiasts: Mackie’s Barbecue is expanding its reach to Potomac, MD, offering pickup and delivery services in the area.
The new Mackie’s Barbecue Potomac, located near Travilah, will follow a similar model to its Gaithersburg location at 8547 Ziggy Ln. It will primarily focus on catering, pickup, and delivery services through platforms like DoorDash and UberEATS, maintaining the approach of not being a traditional sit-down restaurant.
Mackie’s Barbecue already operates a full-service restaurant at 5500 Olney Laytonsville Rd in Olney, which opened in September, and has an additional location at 325 West 7th Street in Frederick, MD. The Potomac location is gearing up for a soft launch on January 2, 2024. The menu will feature a variety of delectable items such as BBQ nachos, crab dip, pulled pork, brisket, pulled chicken, ribs, mac & cheese, and Texas beans. BBQ enthusiasts in the Potomac area can look forward to enjoying Mackie’s Barbecue offerings in the comfort of their own homes.
