Ashburn’s dining options are expanding with the upcoming opening of Matsu Poke & Sushi. Situated in the Cameron Chase Village Center at 44260 Ice Rink Plaza in NoVa. The Burn first reported Matsu Poke and Sushi over a year ago and according to them this new restaurant is preparing to open its doors, having recently passed health inspections, launched its website, and announced its menu.
Matsu Poke & Sushi features a variety of appetizers including beef and vegetable dumplings, spicy soy sauce chicken wings, crab wontons, and more
The menu highlights the poke and sushi bar, the poke bar allows diners to select from various poke bowls or create their own custom bowls. The sushi bar offers a range of different rolls and other items, the full menu can be seen here.
