Metropolitan Washington Winter Restaurant Week Set for January 15-21

Winter Restaurant Week, presented by the Restaurant Association Metropolitan Washington (RAMW), is set to take place from Monday, January 15, through Sunday, January 21. This biannual celebration of the region’s restaurant industry will feature participating restaurants offering multi-course brunch and lunch menus for $25 or $35 per person, along with multi-course dinner menus priced at $40, $55, or $65 per person for on-premise dining.

On Monday, January 15, in honor of Martin Luther King Jr. Day, selected participants will extend their brunch offerings. The participating restaurants will provide a variety of menu options, and some may offer cocktail, wine, and non-alcoholic pairings. The official Restaurant Week website, www.rwdmv.com, will launch soon, allowing diners to view menus and make reservations. Additional participating restaurants will be added to the website as they join the promotion.

Winter Restaurant Week sponsors include Campari, DC Health Link, Events DC, Grand Marnier, NBC Washington, the Office of the Deputy Mayor for Planning and Economic Development (DMPED), OpenTable, Pepco (an Excelon Company), Skyy Vodka, Washington DC Economic Partnership, and Wild Turkey. For more information, including updates and resources for the region’s restaurant and foodservice community, visitors can follow RAMW’s blog.
