MOD Pizza, a popular fast-casual pizza chain with over 500 locations nationwide, has closed its doors at 12027 Rockville Pike in Montrose Crossing. This closure follows the shuttering of the Kentlands location approximately three months ago.
Earlier this year, MOD Pizza also announced the permanent closure of its Downtown Silver Spring location at 909 Ellsworth Dr Suite B106. This closure was due to plumbing issues and occurred in the summer of 2023.
The Rockville location is now listed as permanently closed on Google and has been removed from the MOD Pizza website. With this closure, the nearest MOD Pizza restaurants are now located in Frederick, Columbia, and Riverdale Park, depending on your location within Montgomery County.
