The Moe’s Southwest Grill located at 19222 Montgomery Village Ave in the Montgomery Village Center has been closed for the past week. Although the restaurant is still listed as “open” on Moes.com and Google, a Moe’s representative confirmed that “our records indicate that this location is currently closed.” The restaurant initially opened in February 2022.
Founded in 2000 and based in Atlanta, GA, Moe’s Southwest Grill offers a diverse menu, including burritos, quesadillas, nachos, and stacks. Residents may recall that Moe’s previously operated in Montgomery County at locations such as Potomac Valley shopping center in Gaithersburg (until October 2015), Rockville Town Square (where Finnegan’s Wake is now located), Silver Spring on Tech Rd (where Qdoba is now located), and Wheaton Plaza.
