Moving Closer to Opening in the Kentlands is Poke Bros.

Having first opened its doors in 2016, Poke Bros has rapidly expanded to over 75 locations nationwide. The restaurant is set to occupy the space formerly occupied by Next Day Blinds at 107 Market St W until 2020. With permanent signage erected earlier this summer, the interior work is now nearing completion, as shown in the photo below. Although an exact opening date has yet to be announced, it seems that Poke Bros is gearing up for a fall debut.

A bit more about Poke Bros: The founders discovered the Hawaiian dish while in California and were inspired to introduce the fast, casual, and healthy concept to the Midwest. Confident that the people of Columbus would embrace the poké concept, the founders aimed to provide an affordable and accessible product to a broader market. Through research and experimentation, they developed their own unique poké bowl flavors. Following a model similar to assembly line casual dining concepts, Poke Bros offers a distinctive way to build your “sushi in a bowl” and enjoy the process. As the poké movement gained popularity, the brand rapidly expanded into multiple states across the Midwest and East Coast, maintaining a commitment to fresh and authentic cuisine. As Poke Bros continues to grow, the focus remains on providing only the best fresh ingredients to satisfy and energize customers.
