Nash & Smash, a forthcoming restaurant specializing in Nashville hot chicken sandwiches and smash burgers, is gearing up to open two locations in the DMV area.
The Virginia-based eatery is set to open its initial location at 12853 Galveston Ct in the Shops at County Center in Manassas, VA. This location seems to be on the verge of opening. Additionally, Nash & Smash has secured a spot in Montgomery County at 10121 Colesville Rd in the Woodmoor Shopping Center, taking over the space previously occupied by Subway, situated between Bento and Woodmoor Cleaners. Despite Subway being listed as “temporarily closed” on Yelp and Google, the presence of Nash & Smash signage on the door, provided by the leasing company, suggests otherwise (as shared by @silverspringeats on Instagram).
Nash & Smash has been actively seeking locations in the DC Metro area, exploring spaces in DC, Maryland, and Virginia over the past year, according to commercial real estate company Rappaport. The restaurant keeps its menu straightforward, offering Nashville-style fried chicken sandwiches and smash burgers, complemented by creative sides and drinks. What sets the concept apart is its commitment to using locally sourced, high-quality ingredients, providing customers with a true farm-to-table dining experience.
