According to The Burn, Shake Shack, the popular burger restaurant, is set to replace The Counter at Reston Town Center. Online documents show that permit applications have been filed for a Shake Shack at 11922 Democracy Drive, the current address of The Counter.
Shake Shack offers a range of items, including the ShackBurger, which features an Angus beef patty with lettuce, tomato, and ShackSauce. The SmokeShack includes bacon and cherry peppers for a smoky, spicy flavor. The ‘Shroom Burger is a vegetarian option with a fried portobello mushroom filled with melted cheese. The menu also includes the Chick’n Shack, a chicken sandwich with buttermilk herb mayo. Their crinkle-cut fries are often topped with cheese sauce, and their shakes and frozen custard come in various flavors. Full menu can be seen here.
