Yelp, the popular crowd-sourced review website, has released its “Top 100 Sushi Spots 2024” list, and Ocean City’s Sushi Cafe has earned the #73 spot. Located at 13711 Coastal Highway between 137th and 138th Street, this popular destination stands out in the Maryland vacation hotspot. Olney’s 168 Asian Burrito also made the list, ranking #57 in the country.
Upon learning of their Top 100 ranking earlier this summer, Sushi Cafe expressed their gratitude on social media: “We’re thrilled to be recognized among the top 100 sushi bars in America based on our Yelp ratings. Sushi Cafe holds a 4.8-star rating from over 150 Yelp reviews and also boasts a 4.8-star rating on Google with more than 260 reviews. Michael Herson, a Montgomery County resident who frequents Ocean City, noted, “Sushi Cafe is a must-visit at least once a year. It’s impressive that a sushi spot in a vacation area receives such high ratings, especially when it’s not just a local neighborhood spot.”
