Popular DMV Food Truck Sets Opening Date for First Brick and Mortar Location

Char’d, which currently operates a food truck at 8600 Zetts Ave in Gaithersburg, has announced the opening of its first brick-and-mortar location at Tyson’s Galleria in Tyson’s Corner, Virginia. The new restaurant will open its doors on Sunday, August 18, at 12 p.m.

Since launching its first food truck in NoVa back in April of last year, Char’d has expanded to a second truck in Gaithersburg as of November. The menu features items such as the Original Char’d (with grass-fed beef, American cheese, shreduce, onion, pickle, and CHAR’D sauce), the Hot Char’d (with pickled jalapeños and CHAR’D jalapeño sauce), as well as fries and grilled cheese sandwiches.

Char’d says its food trucks will continue to operate as usual.
