Ruby Thai Kitchen at Westfield Montgomery Mall’s dining terrace has permanently closed. The restaurant, known for dishes like Mango Chicken, Pad Thai, and Wonton Noodle Soup, will soon be replaced by Thai Express, which is expected to open following a quick remodel.
In related dining terrace news, Falafel Inc has opened in the former Butter Chicken House space, next to Chick-Fil-A, while Subway is slated to open in 2025, taking over the former J. Chow’s space, which closed in December 2023.
