Smoothie King has signed on to open a new location at 20630 Seneca Meadows Parkway in the Shops at Seneca Meadows development (where Wegmans is located) in Germantown. This new outlet will occupy part of the space previously home to DaMarco The Italian Place, with F45 Training taking over the remaining portion.
Permanent signage is already up at the location, although the opening date has not yet been announced. Smoothie King currently has locations in Bethesda, two in Rockville, and one in Olney that opened just last summer.
Under the leadership of owner/CEO Wan Kim, Smoothie King has transformed its menu to focus on health-conscious options, incorporating whole fruits and organic, non-GMO ingredients while eliminating sugar and artificial flavors and colors. Kim emphasizes that the goal is not only to offer customizable smoothies but also to promote a healthier, active lifestyle for Smoothie King guests.
