With Han Spot and Mason’s Famous Lobster Rolls now open, Rio Lakefront is working to fully lease its available spaces. We have learned that Koi Sushi will be moving into the vacant space situated between Chipotle and Mason’s Famous Lobster Rolls.
We are currently investigating whether there is any connection between this new Koi Sushi location and any existing local eatery with “Koi” in its name and will provide an update soon.
Additionally, Spirit Halloween has opened at Rio Lakefront, occupying three spaces that were formerly home to Pier 1 Imports at 30 Grand Corner Ave. The remaining vacant spaces in the shopping center include the former location of Bach to Rock, which recently relocated to the Kentlands neighborhood in Gaithersburg, and the space previously occupied by Torrid, located across from Kohl’s.
