Exciting Update: The “boozy” Taco Bell, known as Taco Bell Cantina, is progressing towards its opening in Montgomery County. The construction at 8662 Colesville Road is making strides, and the restaurant is now taking a step closer to serving its unique offerings.
Taco Bell Cantina is scheduled for a hearing with Montgomery County’s Alcoholic Beverage Services (ABS) on Thursday, January 4th at 10 am. Signage has been erected at the upcoming location, situated next to the Fillmore Silver Spring and across the street from Ellsworth Place. This space was formerly occupied by Pollo Campero until its closure in late 2021.
Taco Bell Cantina hours vary and are sometimes open late, generally between 7 am and 2 am (individual Taco Bell Cantina location hours vary). It’s known for its fast-paced environment, tech-forward innovations like kiosks and digital menu boards, and a variety of alcoholic beverages to go along with traditional Taco Bell fare.
