According to a listing by JLL, a retail property management company, Taco De Birria is set to open its doors at 14 Bureau Dr within the Diamond Square shopping center in Gaithersburg.
The restaurant will occupy the space previously held by Rooh Bistro, which operated briefly in 2020. As of now, construction for Tacos de Birria has not yet commenced. Updates will be provided as soon as additional information becomes available.
Diamond Square currently houses several businesses, including George’s Hot Pot, Diamond Sushi & Buffet, Madras Place, Giant, Massage Season, and Play More Games.
