Danny Rubin from WashUrban has shared that Teazzi Tea Shop is set to open its first DMV (District of Columbia, Maryland, Virginia) location in Bethesda. The tea shop will occupy the space previously occupied by ‘Dim Sum & Bubble Tea’ and Class 520 at 4941 Elm St.
Teazzi Tea Shop embraces the slogan “Keep Calm and Drink Tea,” and their menu features seasonally rotating drinks, including a purple rice and red bean latte, as well as a brown sugar ginger tea. The year-round signature drinks include a strawberry four seasons milk tea, a taro latte, brown sugar tapioca latte, and honey oolong lemonade. The shop will also offer a diverse selection of oolong teas and green teas. The full menu is available online.
Although an exact opening date has not been provided, signage has been displayed on the windows, and construction is underway inside the shop, indicating progress toward the opening.
The news of Teazzi Tea Shop’s arrival in Bethesda was initially reported by Robert Dyer.
