The Heights Food Hall at Wisconsin Place in Chevy Chase is set to open on Monday, December 11th. Situated in the space formerly occupied by Anthropologie and PF Chang’s on the 5400 block of Wisconsin Ave, the food hall will offer both indoor and outdoor patio dining, operating seven days a week from 11 am to Midnight. On its opening day, December 11th, the food hall will open at 5 pm.
Managed by Common Plate Hospitality (CPH) group, the food hall will feature one full-service restaurant (Urbano), a full-service bar (The Heights Bar), a speakeasy (The Turncoat), and eight local food stalls, including one selected from Urbano’s “Stall Wars” competition. Anticipated culinary partners include:
- Doki Doki Sushi: James Beard-nominated Chef Kevin Tien of Moon Rabbit presents a unique sushi concept.
- Turncoat: A cleverly named speakeasy paying homage to the prohibition era, featuring a secret door entrance, impressive libations, and premium food options.
- DC Dosa: Chef Priya Ammu’s iconic concept showcasing immensely popular and naturally vegan Indian street food.
- Supreme BBQ and AunTea Boba: Locally acclaimed Texas-inspired barbecue.
- Mimi’s Handmade Ice Cream: A local favorite offering soft-serve and cookies made in-store with locally sourced ingredients, along with ice cream by the pint.
