Developers Bernstein Management and Finmarc Management have secured seven tenants for the upcoming White Oak Town Center located at 12345 Columbia Pike. Among the previously reported tenants are European Wax Center, Jersey Mike’s, Inspire Nail Bar, Starbucks, and Oak Barrel & Vine (a county-operated liquor store featuring tasting rooms and beer on tap). Additionally, new additions to the tenant lineup include the breakfast/brunch restaurant First Watch and the Drake-backed Dave’s Hot Chicken.
While the grocery store anchor was initially rumored to be Amazon Fresh, recent developments suggest a shift in plans, given Amazon’s move away from opening new grocery stores. White Oak Town Center still envisions the inclusion of a cell phone store, a junior anchor, and more.
