Buffalo Wild Wings introduced its first ‘Buffalo Wild Wings GO’ location in Georgia back in 2020, a streamlined version of the restaurant designed to focus on to-go and delivery orders. Now, the company is expanding this concept with a second location planned for the county, though it remains unclear which site will open first.
In March 2022, we reported that the first ‘GO’ location was set to open in the upcoming Crossroads at Kensington development—a new retail center located at 10619 Connecticut Avenue, near Plyers Mill Road in Kensington. Additionally, a second location is coming to the Rock Grove Center at the corner of 355 and Shady Grove Road, next to Qdoba.
Rock Grove Center, which has recently been revitalized, is also home to established businesses like Minerva, a relocated Dunkin’, Atlas Pharmacy, Rise Southern Biscuits and Righteous Chicken, among others. Construction for the BWW GO location at Rock Grove Center is in its early stages, so it’s uncertain which of the two locations will open first. We’ll provide an update once an opening date or timeframe is announced.
