African Restaurant, located at 13075 Wisteria Dr in the Germantown Plaza shopping center, is officially opening on Sunday, June 2.
The restaurant is being launched by the owners of African International Markets in Germantown (also in Germantown Plaza) and Gaithersburg (Festival at Muddy Branch Shopping Center). African Restaurant will offer a diverse range of cuisine from various regions across the African continent.
The restaurant will welcome the public starting Sunday, June 2, 2024, at 11 AM, with a grand opening celebration scheduled for Saturday, June 8, 2024, at 11 AM. According to African Restaurant’s Instagram post: “Opening day is here!! Come join us on Sunday, June 2, 2024, as we open up our doors to serve you all of your authentic African favorites.”
