Saigon Bistro, a new authentic Vietnamese restaurant, is set to open in Sterling. It will be located in the Sugarland Crossing retail center off Route 7, alongside the Burlington Coat Factory and Lidl grocery store.
The menu is currently still being developed, but patrons can anticipate a variety of Vietnamese dishes, including:
- Pho Suon Bo: A hearty bowl of aromatic pho broth simmered with bone-in short ribs, infusing the soup with rich flavor and tender meat.
- Mien Ga: Indulge in a comforting bowl of braised chicken soup, enhanced with delicate glass noodles that soak up the savory broth, creating a satisfying texture and taste experience.
- Com Chien Cua: Dive into a plate of fragrant crab fried rice, where succulent crab meat is delicately infused into each grain of rice, offering a delightful harmony of seafood essence and savory goodness.
- Bo Ne: Savor the sizzle of a hot plate featuring tender steak and eggs, served alongside a velvety paté, creating a mouthwatering combination of textures and flavors that dance on the palate.
The Saigon Bistro team aims to open its doors by early May, pending a smooth transition.
