Sushi Cho Expanding to Sterling, NoVA

A Japanese sushi restaurant based in Fairfax is expanding its reach to Loudoun County with a new location. The restaurant, known as Sushi Cho, is set to open its doors at the Dulles 28 Centre in Sterling; situated near Wegmans and Target stores at the intersection of Waxpool Road and Pacific Boulevard.

While an opening date hasn’t been announced, anticipation is building among local residents. Sushi Cho is recognized for its blend of traditional sushi craftsmanship and creative flavor combinations, which appeals to a wide range of tastes.

The menu at Sushi Cho features a variety of options, from classic sushi and sashimi to more adventurous dishes. Traditional nigiri sushi and sashimi highlight prepared fish, while other offerings include teriyaki dishes, tempura, and noodle options like ramen and udon. The full menu can be seen here.
